My name is Franziska Detlefsen and I'm an illustrator and designer based in Germany.

As communication designer I not only draw illustration but also work with them and create graphic design projects. I have the final purpose of the artwork always in the back of my head. But that doesn't restrict me in my creative journey. I'm still letting my creativity roam freely and am not afraid to find interesting solutions.

For my personal illustrations and projects I find my inspiration in nature, legends and all those things that I love. I'm a dreamer and when I'm not working my mind is creating stories and pictures I want to explore.

I mainly work digitally but I also like to use ink and watercolours.

My style and the utensils I use depend on the project I am working on and I can create pictures for any theme. 

Nonetheless I am specialized in magical, whimsical and cute illustrations and characterdesigns which are mainly suited for books, games and concept projects.
